I am an avid hiker, meditator, and wellness coach. My work explores how all living things are connected. By spending time in nature and practicing mindfulness, I look at our natural human desire for happiness and peace.

Currently, my projects focus on the intersection of art, health, and environmental advocacy. I believe that by reconnecting with the earth, we can better care for ourselves and our neighbors.
